Welcome to the user support system of the University Computing Center!

Here you can create inquiries, in the form of tickets, for the SRCE Helpdesk and track their status. Each ticket is assigned a unique number that you can use to track its status. To open and track tickets, please use a valid AAI@EduHr e-identity (in the form ID_user@realm.hr).

In case you do not have a valid AAI@EduHr e-identity, you can send an inquiry by e-mail to helpdesk@srce.hr or by calling (01) 6165 165.
