On the homepage, there are two options:
Open a New Ticket (A): Opens a dialog window where you can fill in the details of your request.
Check Ticket Status (B): Opens a dialog window where you can check the status of your ticket.

Opening a New Ticket


This section describes the process of opening a new ticket.

In field (1) Email address, enter the user's email address where you wish to receive a response and be notified of status changes for the request.
In field (2), provide your full name (you may also include a phone number where we can contact you).
In field (3), Help topic, select the topic related to your inquiry or leave it as a General Inquiry.
In field (4), Subject, specify the subject of your inquiry.
In field (5), provide a detailed description of the problem or question related to your inquiry.
To confirm the request, select the Open a New Ticket (6) option.
After confirming the request, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, including a link to check the status of your request.

To cancel the request, select the Cancel option.


Checking the Status of a Request


In this dialog window, you can check the status of your request.
To check the status, enter the email address you provided when opening the request.
Along with the email address, enter the six-digit request number you received in the confirmation email for the successfully opened request.
To check the status of the request, select Open Request Status View.
